Kouri Richins will appear in court this week for a two-day hearing to determine whether there's enough evidence to bound her over for trial. Richins faces a long list of charges in the death of her husband, Eric Richins, in March 2022. Prosecutors say Kouri poisoned Eric with a massive dose of fentanyl and then wrote a book for her sons about grief. An Oklahoma judge is facing charges after allegedly opening fire at his brother-in-law’s house in February. Authorities said Judge Brian Lovell allegedly shot at Kenneth Markes’ home before reporting his firearm as stolen two days later. Lovell is also accused of carrying out drive-by shootings in Texas where he opened fire on parked cars and crashed into one of the vehicles.
